Naptime!

Eli is an excellent sleeper: daytime naps and at night. So today I put him down like always... on his back, swaddled in a blanket, fleece blanket on top of that, pacifier, sound machine on, and mobile on classical music. I went to the kitchen to start dinner prep, and I can hear him talking through the monitor. After about 10 minutes, I go in there and found him just playing and laughing it up with all his "crib friends". I couldn't help myself and joined in playing Peek-a-boo! As long as he is in his crib, I don't care if he naps or just plays contently, as long as I get some "me" time to do dinner, laundry, dishes, etc. He usually tires himself out eventually anyways! So here's a pic of Eli during "nap" time and a video. You will soon see why we must put Eli in a crib positioner to keep him from rolling over and scooting all over the place! He is such a little monkey!
