Today, as people across the country gathered to pray for our nation, I know that God heard our prayers for restoration. I strongly encourage you to watch the entire video tribute to 9/11. The song and the images moved me, and took me right back to that day. Today, I pray for those who are still hurting, and that we may, as a nation and Christians, be able to reach out and help them. I also pray for our leaders and for our nation. That we may continue to rally and protect the freedom that democracy represents. I AM proud to be an American.

I remember exactly where I was at the time it happened. I don't think any of us will forget that time. There are still hurting people as a result from it.
