Still Waiting!
Well, we're still waiting! Last Tuesday Dr. McCollum told us that I was dilated to 5cm and would not last till the end of the week. Obviously, he was wrong! :) I did not even know this was possible, but I got excited when I realized that I could get my epidural as soon as I get to the hospital! So Jay and I went into preparation and nesting mode immediately and have been waiting on Eli all week. When Eli hadn't come by Wednesday, we went on a long walk (waddle) at the Kingston riverfront track, Thursday we went golfing and I drove the cart, Friday we went shopping in Knoxville and to a movie, Saturday we went to play with Baby Cole (I was hoping the maternal hormones would kick in), and today we went to West Towne Mall and walked from one end to the other!!! Still no baby! Tomorrow I go back to see Dr. McCollum and who knows how dilated I might be! :)

You must be SO ready! I will be thinking of you guys and praying for a safe delivery of Baby Eli. Definitely opt for the epi ASAP:)!
I too will be praying for you that Eli comes soon! The end seems like an eternity. Hopefully this will be the week!
I know what you feel like, Amanda. Garrett didn't want to come out, either. Just keep the walking... one day it will happen- I promise! Let us all know when he comes! We can't wait!
