Way to go Meg!

My cousin Meg (00) is the ace pitcher for the GPS softball team out of Chattanooga. Yesterday they played Web in Knoxville and Eli, Gram, and I surprised them by showing up to watch them play. Meg was not supposed to pitch (she had pitched in 6 games over the weekend), but halfway through the game it was 1-0 GPS, but Webb had the bases loaded with only 1 out. Meg came into the game and struck out the next 2 batters!!! YEA Meg! GPS ended up winning the game by more than 10 runs! Eli must have been bored with girls softball because he slept through the whole thing except when it was time to eat! We all went to Steak-N-Shake after the game for a celebratory dinner and milkshake! Thanks Meg for giving us something to celebrate! We are so proud of you!Go Bruisers!
Watch out Webb! Meg's pitching!
Meg got a quick chance before the game to meet Eli!
What a sport!
Eli loves cousin Meg!

It is so fun once you start venturing out and start experiencing new things together as a family. Way to go Meg, I miss those old softball days!
